1. What this service is

furniturestores.online is a business directory. We index furniture and home-decor businesses and publish structured information about them. We are not a party to any transaction between a buyer and a listed business.

Listings are compiled from public sources, owner submissions and partner imports. A listing is not an endorsement, a certification of quality, or a warranty of any kind.

2. Listings

Any business may be listed whether or not it has asked to be. Listing is free and carries no obligation.

A business may request correction or removal of its listing. Verified owners are given editorial control through the claim process.

Businesses that have permanently closed are marked as closed rather than deleted, because the historical record has value to users.

3. Claiming a page

Claiming transfers editorial control of a listing to the business that owns it, subject to central review of the evidence supplied.

The claim fee is ₹2,000 for businesses in India and USD 49 elsewhere, per page, per year, exclusive of applicable taxes.

Payment is authorised when the claim is submitted and captured only if the claim is approved. Claims that are rejected are voided or refunded in full.

Claiming does not affect relevance ranking. Featured placement is a separate, clearly labelled product.

Submitting a claim for a business you do not represent, or supplying false evidence, is a material breach and results in permanent account termination without refund.

4. Contested claims

Where two parties claim the same page, the dispute is escalated to a reviewer who was not involved in the original decision. Documentary evidence decides the outcome; order of submission does not.

A decision may be revisited if new evidence is produced.

5. Reviews and user content

Reviews must reflect genuine first-hand experience. Incentivised, fabricated or competitor-authored reviews are removed.

Business owners may reply publicly to any review on their page. Reviews are not removed for being unfavourable.

You grant us a non-exclusive licence to publish content you submit on the site.

6. Acceptable use

Automated bulk extraction of the index is not permitted without a written data licence. Rate limiting and bot detection are applied.

You may not use contact details obtained from the site for unsolicited bulk marketing.

7. Liability

Information is provided as is. We make no warranty as to accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the preceding twelve months.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated. Material changes are announced on the site and, for claimed pages, by email to the registered owner.
